The firms registered with this scheme are electrical installers who have been approved to self-certify that their work complies with the Building Regulations in England and Wales. The guide to Planning Permission and Building Regulations for Householders recommends a Part P Competent Person is employed to undertake electrical work. As an Elecsa registered company, Smart Electrical will supply all relevant certification that may be required by the homeowner and where appropriate, we will also notify your local authority building control department after the work has been completed and arrange for a completion certificate to be issued.
